I recently started a home based business promoting a healthy energy drink. I am having a lot of fun and really enjoy the business. It’s free to join and you get a website along with markting materials and training. I have a lot of people who have goten involved to. I am looking to expand. Does anyone know the best place to find people that would be interested in having their own home business? What about people that have experience with this being interested? I appreciate your help.

If you are talking about Vemma, the nutritional drink. They are a legit company; however there are many ‘gotchas’ in the compensation plan..

It’s a binary plan- meaning you have two legs to build. Reading the comp plan, there’s a lot of what they call ‘flushing’ if certain requirements aren’t met. Here is just one clause… “Members will not be eligible to receive most earnings until they have qualified their membership by having a 120 QV Autoship on file and one active Vemma Member on their right side and one active Vemma Member on their left side whom they personally enrolled.

Members will be able to accrue volume in their profit leg if they are qualified. However, if a member has 8 consecutive weeks of non-qualification, the volume in their profit leg only will flush. ”

Flushing is just another term for breakage. Which basically means – you lose your potential to earn commission for any volume you might have had.

A friend ran some figures for me and calculated that it would take over 3000 people to create $ 5,000 a month. I also heard recently that vemma was burning itself out, but I can’t validate that.

Are you working in a full time job as well? You may not have a lot of time to devote to your online business, so think carefully about that – also how much money you have available as many opportunities require an initial investment.

My websites will give you some good ideas about businesses you could try and also the training and resources you will need to be successful.

Sendoutcards is a good example of a homebased business with a product everyone uses.

The link you submitted does not work. Have you tried talking to some of his unsatisfied members — like the ones who dropped out? Sorry, they probably won’t give you those names and contact information.

Rather than try to figure out what the actual link is or actual mentor group is, I did some research on Passport to Wealth, which is a prelude to this ‘my internet business’ site that you have mentioned.

Darren Gaudry is the mastermind behind PPTW – and MIB.
PPTW is a high priced program, selling outdated software for $ 997. There is no residual in selling one time sales of anything, so you are forced to constantly search out new buyers.

I’ve seen the sights that say you can get into MIB free, but then read further where you have to join PPTW first and then you are grandfathered in to the second free. Two different sites by two different ‘mentor teams” make this claim, mentor 4 u is just another team name. One site says that if you don’t join PPTW, then you will pay the higher prices for MIB. Can’t help wonder what the cost of that will be.

That’s a great fear of loss technique that many use…
The big question for me is this: If PPTW is so successful as so many of his followers claim, why does he need to create a spinoff of another company? Some people just love jumping on the ‘pre-launch bandwagon’. Get in before anyone else does…. get in at the top..
